2026 Scholarship Application Form
This form will close on April 24, 2026.

Our target group will be first generation college bound males who meets the following criteria.

The applicant:

Should qualify as needing financial assistance
Must submit a completed application to the Scholarship Committee by April 24, 2026 (Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.)
Must submit a letter of recommendation from either a teacher or a guidance counselor in regard to the applicant’s academic achievement and current GPA
Must submit a one-page essay about themselves that includes aspects of your school and community activities. Also include your goals for the future.
Applicants will be notified by May 4, 2026.

Applications will be scored based the following points system:

Student Information = maximum of 5 points
Essay = maximum of 50 points.
Teacher or Counselor recommendation = maximum of 15 points.
Verification by Counselor = maximum of 5 points.
Grade Point Average = maximum of 25 points.

Student Essay

Please submit a one-page essay about yourself. Include aspects of your school and community activities. Also include your goals for the future.

Letter of Recommendation

Please obtain a letter of recommendation from either a teacher, an administrator, or a guidance counselor. The letter should be on letterhead and include comments about your academic achievement, current GPA.
